We offer training only options and competition options.

*Distance runners are recommended to run 15 miles per week for elementary,
20-25 miles per week for middle school, 35+ for high school,
50 per week for college athletes. You will be given a 2 day trial.
Coach Roddy will have your athlete work out with the best group
that will help them reach their goals and create confidence in the sport.
We are a very elite track club.
